Monica Peña is a Life and Leadership Coach, Facilitator, Actress, and Speaker with over 20 years of experience in corporate management. She has served as Director of Sales and Business Development across CCTV, banking, luxury wellness, and hospitality industries. Monica holds a B.A. in Organizational Leadership from Texas A&M Commerce, a Master’s in Management and Leadership from WGU, and is pursuing a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership. She specializes in building globally competent leaders, focusing on communication, cultural competence, social-emotional learning, and team development. Monica is particularly passionate about facilitating give-back programs that combine team building with community impact.
