Team Building events can be physical, collaborative, creative, challenging, competitive or high energy, etc. Your job is selecting the style of event that your team will enjoy, while still being focused on your goals.
Pick an event that will help your team be more receptive. One caveat… if your goal is to help your team adjust to change or to consider other ways of thinking, it may be best to go “against type” when selecting an event.
