The Big Picture is quite simply one of the most effective, memorable and meaningful conference team builds around. No need for anyone to feel intimidated by the creative process – our experienced and enthusiastic facilitators will guide your teams every step of the way as they create their beautiful collective artwork.

This is a great exercise for helping teams stay mindful of “seeing the bigger picture” in their professional lives. As in most areas of life, it’s all about communication, collaboration and pulling together in the same direction.

The final artwork is absolutely huge. You may even want to permanently display it as a remarkable reminder of what everyone can accomplish through the power of collaboration. In other words, the benefits of this colorful celebration will last long after the paint has dried.

A conference room with approximately 25 sq. ft. per participant. You’ll need tables that team members can walk around freely while creating their masterpiece. You’ll also need a place to store your finished mural while it dries for at least 6 hours.
