Our most popular team building programs in Boston

operation-military-careThrough Operation Military Care, teams have assembled and delivered hundreds of care packages to service men and women around the world. Participants can include anonymous letters, and many soldiers have reported that the letter was the most impactful item in the package. This is an amazingly energizing and uplifting event.

When we held this event for a team of 65 at the Willowdale Estate in Topsfield, Massachusetts, to support Blue Star Mothers, here’s what the team had to say:

“The event was a success and having Maureen and the military representative speak and accept the packages at the end was emotional and so meaningful for everyone. Bradley and his team did a great job and thank you for all of your help.”

outrageous-gamesOutrageous Games is a team building event made up of 10 relay-style activities, with participants earning Olympic-spirited medals along the way. It can be run indoors or outdoors, and host all types of groups, large or small. It’s our most popular summer team building program.

When TeamBonding ran this event in Canton, Massachusetts, participants raved:

“I was super impressed by yourself, Dana, and Paul and his team on Thursday. They managed to keep our very large, diverse group engaged and entertained the entire time. Super organization, professionalism and fun, fun, fun! Thank you for such a wonderful experience – I am getting fantastic feedback. Again, thank you and I truly hope we will work together again soon!”

team-teddyTeam Teddy Rescue Bear participants work through a series of fun, team-building activities leading up to the final challenge: building and customizing Teddy bears for children in need. It’s a great opportunity to create feelings of goodwill and support a worthy charity.

The event we held at the Embassy Suites Logan Airport for a team of 60 to support Hugs Across America brought participants to tears. As the charity states:

“The people and staff [were] so loving and caring… It was a great experience [and we] want to say we truly appreciate it.”

Some of our favorite team building moments in Boston:

Hosting our first Outrageous Olympics for the Special Olympics at Harvard Stadium – truly inspiring!

Doing our Limousine Scavenger Hunt for the New England Patriots – talk about Team Building!

The Limousine Scaventure Hunt was also the choice of TeamBonding client Ringling Brothers, who taught us how many clowns could fit into a limo!

Boston Team Building Tips:

  1. Be prepared for changes in weather. Not only can a sunny day get a little soggy, but a forecast full of rain can turn out to be more like a beach day. Be prepared to adapt and keep your team engaged.
  2. If you’re event involves going around the city, throw some historical trivia at your team.
