In this installment we speak with Sheryl, our enthusiastic Team Building Facilitator who has a deep-rooted love for Italy and one strange, over-the-top (literally) phobia.
What is your favorite place in the world to be?
It is Italy. I love everything about it. I tell people it’s the best place on earth. You could book a trip there, not even go and still have the best time.
What advice would you give to your younger self?
Trust your instincts and go for it!
Do you have any phobias?
Yes, I am very scared of hills. Hey, we all have something, spiders, clowns…..
What can’t you live without?
My husband and my Mom.
Describe yourself in three words:
Nurturing, compassionate, considerate
It’s one thing to create an atmosphere of trust and a feeling of camaraderie between employees when they’re all in the same building 40 or so hours a week.
Know each other as people, not just professionals. We’re all so much more than our job titles. We have interests that may have drawn each of us to our roles and help us excel within them.
