PASS THE BALL (AND THE BUCK) – Fun, High-Energy Game
Fast, fun and highly competitive, this is a great way to shift gears or take a break in the middle of a conference or long meeting. Divide your group into teams, then have them line up across a 100-foot court. The goal of this DIY team building game is simply for each team to get the ball to the end of their line as quickly as possible. But increasingly hilarious limitations make each round more challenging. Before you know it, what started out as a simple linear activity soon becomes a powerful learning experience about shared leadership and task management. As the level of complexity increases, the fun turns into a serious game that requires real concentration.
