In this series of articles we take five minutes to chat with a member of the TeamBonding team so you can get an idea of the sort of people we are.
In this installment of Meet the Team, we chat with our high-energy Team Building Facilitator, Eric. Eric is a sports fanatic who loves to summer in one of New England’s finest states, but hates the mosquitoes that comes along with it!
How long have you been working with TeamBonding?
I have been working with TeamBonding for 5 yrs, starting as an assistant.
What got you started in facilitating?
Working as a kids DJ for Radio Disney I am constantly controlling crowds and running games. Becoming a TeamBonding facilitator seemed like a natural progression.
What do you do in your spare time?
In my spare time I enjoy playing golf. So much I even incorporate extra golf activities when I facilitate our awesomely program, ‘”In it to Win it’
What is your favorite place to be in the world?
My favorite place to be is Rhode Island in the summer. Its where I grew up and nothing beats it.
What advice would you give to a younger self?
If I was to give advice to my younger self I would tell him to forget about playing in the NFL.
What is the most annoying thing in the world to you?
The most annoying thing in the world is the moment a mosquito bites you…during a summer in Rhode Island.
What can’t you live without?
I cant live with out sports! I love competition, it brings out the emotion in me and it shows when I lead a program.
What is something people might not know about you?
Something people might not know about me is my father is a member of the Narragansett Indian tribe.
What is the most important thing in the world?
I think the most important thing is having fun, laughter and generally being happy.
