Using only the materials provided, each team must design, sketch and create three dresses or looks – one daytime look, one evening look plus an example of high-fashion couture (think Lady Gaga). Ideally, these three looks should also work together as a collection. 

As in the real fashion world, everything comes down to the moment of truth – the big runway show. Teams select some members to model their creations on the catwalk. Others get to describe and pitch their looks to the panel of judges (yours or ours). It’s difficult to communicate just how much contagious laughter this runway show generates. Not to mention the crazy photos for social media and/or newsletter content. 

It’s also easy to add a charitable component to your event. If you’d like to have participants bring in lightly-worn business attire, we’ll be happy to coordinate donation to a local non-profit like Dress For Success.
