In this series of articles, we take the time to chat with a member of the TeamBonding team so you can get an idea of the sort of people we are. In this installment, we talk to Marketing Manager of brand strategy and content, Elisha Bussiere, who gave us a few fun facts about herself!
So far – the energy! Everyone seems to really love what they do, which I admire.
If you could live in a book, TV show or movie, what would it be?
FRIENDS, hands down. I’ve seen every episode dozens of times.
If you could take only three items with you on a deserted island, what would they be?
My two dogs and my phone. I suppose I should include my husband in that too – can my dogs count as one item? Haha.
If you could go anywhere on vacation, where would you go?
Africa, Norway, Iceland or Italy if we are talking about a cool experience. If I was looking for a relaxing vaca in the middle of winter, Hawaii or Maldives.
What is your favorite food? (If you could only eat one food for the rest of your life, what would it be?)
What is the name of your favorite restaurant? Where is it located?
I love Avenue in Medfield. Beautiful outdoor seating area, amazing food, super attentive staff, plus they are dog-friendly which scores major points with me right off the bat.
If you could choose one superpower, what would it be and why?
To influence people’s emotions and thoughts. What better way to convince someone to join you for a day at the beach, than to make them wish they could go to the beach, right?
If you could time travel, would you go to the past or the future?
Past, so I could spend time with loved ones who have passed, and get to meet them as an adult.
What is your favorite four-legged creature and why?
I feel like I should say dogs because… I love my dogs. But I also love lions. I blame The Lion King.
If you could invite three famous, historical leaders to dinner, who would you invite and what food would you eat?
You caught me! History was absolutely my worst subject in high school. But I’ve always had a fascination with South Africa so while he’s not a leader from very far in the past, I would have loved to meet Nelson Mandela. We would have braai, which is the South Africa word for barbeque, a beloved part of South African culture.
Is 2020 the weirdest part of history you’ve lived through?
For sure, but 9/11 was weird too, in a different way of course
What is one thing you miss about 2019?
Not having to worry about another person’s vaccination status or masks.
