No matter what type of celebration you’re planning, special events are all about the light touches. You want your team to feel comfortable and appreciated. Just a little extra consideration and flare will go a long way. Plus, planning ahead will help you prepare for the expected unexpected – those little surprises that always pop up when you bring people together, which can escalate into big problems.

Remember, you are planning an event for a group of individuals. Each individual has a unique set of interests and needs. Although you will not and should not plan your entire company party around highly unique challenges, you can be proactive by creating a checklist of concerns to take into consideration as you work though the event planning details.

To help you tackle event planning details, we’ve built a starter checklist for you.

starter checklist for event planning detailsMost common complaints about company events:

  • Room temp too high or too low
  • Difficulty with parking
  • Poor condition of or limited access to bathrooms
  • Weak WiFi signal (if applicable)

Download our checklist and keep track of your event planning details.
