<p><b>Part Time | Hybrid (1 day/week in Stoughton, MA)</b><b><br />

We’re a fast-moving, collaborative, people-first team — and we’re looking for a Social Media &amp; Community Manager who can help amplify our brand, deepen engagement, and grow our online community across platforms.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">This role is ideal for someone who blends creativity with strategic thinking, loves being on social, and how to spark conversations.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">You’ll work closely with the marketing team to plan content, execute social campaigns, manage our online community, and elevate our digital presence through proactive outreach and consistent brand storytelling.</span></p>
<h2><b>What You’ll Own</b></h2>
<h3><b>Social Media Management</b></h3>
<ul>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Manage day-to-day posting, scheduling, and optimization across all channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, and YouTube).</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Create on-brand visual and written content that aligns with marketing campaigns and company goals.</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Capture behind-the-scenes moments, trends, and event highlights to humanize and showcase the TeamBonding experience.</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Monitor performance metrics across social channels and report actionable insights to the Marketing Director, CMO, and COO.</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Collaborate with marketing and sales to support campaigns, launches, promotions, and events.</span></li>
</ul>
<h3><b>Community Engagement &amp; Social Outreach</b></h3>
<ul>
<li aria-level="1"><b>Community engagement on multiple platforms including reddit </b></li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Actively monitor, respond to, and engage with comments, messages, tags, and conversations across all platforms.</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Identify and engage with potential customers, thought leaders, influencers, corporate culture experts, and brand-aligned creators.</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Participate in relevant posts, trending discussions, and industry conversations to grow awareness and build social authority.</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Track and elevate brand mentions, user-generated content, and engagement opportunities.</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Build and nurture community relationships to strengthen loyalty and increase organic reach.</span></li>
</ul>
<p><b>What You Bring</b></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">3–5 years in social media, digital marketing, or community management.</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Experience with B2B social media, and content creation (influencer marketing is a plus).</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Strong skills in Canva and CapCut Familiarity with outside design platforms, like Kimp, a plus).</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Familiarity with HubSpot, scheduling tools, and project management platforms.</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Ability to analyze platform data and use insights to refine strategy.</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Comfortable on camera and confident in capturing authentic content.</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.</span></li>
</ul>
