Tools for Schools – Give a Kid a Backpack

Some of the most meaningful gifts that we can give to our children are the tools they need to help them learn and succeed. Unfortunately, not all children or their parents can afford these basic essentials.

As a part of TeamBonding’s Corporate Social Responsibility program series, our Tools for Schools program is a fun, interactive, and productive way to not only bring your team closer together, but unite them toward a common goal of helping your local community.

This hands-on event challenges your teams to fill a backpack with vital school supplies, including notebooks, pencils, erasers, and more. But it’s not as easy as picking up the items and putting them in the bag – your teams need to earn their items through creative mental and physical team challenges that require teamwork, effective communication, and a willingness to roll up their sleeves and get involved.

And we don’t just build backpacks – we build artist kits for art class, medical kits for the school nurse, and more! Your teams can even include fun, encouraging notes of support as small surprises in their backpacks and kits.

Program length and complexity will be tailored to fit your specific timeline. We’ll bring everything needed to fill the backpacks… you bring the tissues. The Tools for Schools program allows you to build teamwork as you create a fill backpacks for a well deserving group of kids.
