As a part of TeamBonding’s Corporate Social Responsibility Team Builder series, our Tools for Schools program is a fun, interactive, and productive way to not only bring your team closer together, but unite them toward a common goal of helping your local community.
This hands-on team building event challenges your teams to fill a backpack with vital school supplies, including notebooks, pencils, erasers, and more. But it’s not as easy as picking up the items and putting them in the bag – your teams need to earn their items through creative mental and physical team challenges that require teamwork, effective communication, and a willingness to roll up their sleeves and get involved.
Program length and complexity will be tailored to fit your specific timeline. We’ll bring everything needed to fill the backpacks… you bring the tissues. The Tools for Schools program allows you to build teamwork as you create a fill backpacks for a well deserving group of kids.

Space requirements
Large meeting room or function hall with a table and chairs for each team, banquet tables for supplies.
