In our horse racing team building event you’ll gather your team and choose a charity (if you choose the Race for a Cause) that will benefit from your success on the track and create a stable name that reflects your choice. Then, after selecting an owner, manager, jockey, announcer, and bookie, you’ll compete in a number of challenges to deepen your team’s pre-race coffers. Strategically budgeting and allocating limited resources, your group will design its own charity-inspired jockey colors, and even saddle up and ride a horse (well, an inflatable horse) through a racecourse! As you can imagine, hilarity and a great deal of picture taking by coworkers ensue.
Flush with your hard earned cash, it’s time to up the ante with some live racing action! Your group will wager on 6-8 different recorded horse races in an effort to accumulate the most prize money for your charity. The team with the most track winnings will turn vice into virtue and make a donation in their name to their charity of choice.
Collaboration, competition, and charity: now that’s what we call hitting the trifecta!

25 sq ft per participant as we’ll need to accommodate a 15 ft wide circle to set-up the race track. Tables and chairs for each team with some additional area for the facilitator to set-up.
