Just Desserts

“Life is uncertain, eat dessert first!” The newest addition to our acclaimed culinary Team Building programs encompasses all of the proven team building components of our popular lunch/dinner events, but concentrates on everyone’s favorite part of the meal.

In this culinary  team building activity the fun begins right away as teams name themselves, and create unique team cheers. This in itself can be quite hilarious, and helps set a tone of excitement and friendly competition for the rest of this delectable event.

Next, each team is challenged to create desserts that look every bit as delicious as they taste. Every team prepares one or more mouthwatering treats worthy of a top French patisserie. Once complete, all of the tempting creations will be showcased on a Grand Buffet. Everyone then gets to sample each creation. Then in come the judges.

A debrief follows, giving teams the opportunity to share their team names and cheers, plus discuss what they’ve learned about working as a team. We find there are always important lessons that any group can implement immediately once they’re back in the workplace. How sweet it is!

“Everyone enjoyed Just Desserts! It was a great way to mix some team bonding with our group dinner and take it all to a very new level. Thanks again for making our meeting memorable!”
