In It To Win It is one of TeamBonding’s original and most popular corporate team building events based on the popular TV show – Minute to Win It. We organize employees into teams who compete for a grand championship prize. We build ten simple but nerve-wracking games that increase in difficulty as the points increase. With 60 seconds on the clock, the pressure builds, and team pride is on the line!
Teams get a 30-minute training camp to practice challenges, such as Moving On Up, Bouncing George, and Fishbowl, and then compete on the main stage! Our helpful and engaging MC/facilitator will commentate on all of the challenges along the way, building the excitement through humor and music.
This program can be customized to include games unique to your organization or access to our vault of games, all of which can be tailored to your specific needs and goals. A sure-fire winner, In It To Win It works as both a complementary event to a company dinner or meeting, or as a stand-alone event for your employees or clients.
In It to Win It allows each team member to contribute and have fun while they’re doing it!
Function space, conference center, outdoors, minimum of 20 sq ft per participant.
“Everyone really enjoyed you, your team and the In It to Win it activity! We received many compliments and feedback that it was fun, interactive and I feel it was the perfect thing for our company. We will definitely be in touch again for our next annual event!”C.M. – Enablon
“I have to say EVERYONE came up to me on Thursday to say how much fun they had at the activity. Paul made it absolutely AWESOME and he kept the group motivated and involved. Even the General Manager said Paul was excellent and would recommend this activity to another company. I was surprised to see people interactive and involved that I was expecting resistance from. Honestly I had a blast myself, and I hope to be able to work with your team again soon!”R.F. – MicroFridge
“I just wanted to take a moment to tell you how pleased we were with the In It to Win It program. It was a great success! I know that I was able to connect and form bonds with people on my team that I would not normally encounter on a daily basis and I believe that was the point of the whole exercise – To create bonds where there may not have been any, resulting in a stronger, more cohesive company. It really felt like the teams were working together and having a great time! Which brings me to our facilitator, Veronika Olah. She was amazing! Veronika was really able to get everybody in the spirit. She was fun and engaging, professional and a great leader. Veronika even chose three terrific women to assist her. We could not have been more pleased. Thank you for sending us such a fantastic team!”J.H. – R.D. Olson
