Cocktail Team Building with Flair

The Event:

Happy Hour personified is the flair of the day. It’s easy to ice a glass, pour a shot and open a beer. But like in business, finding that x factor is what keeps clients coming back for more. That’s Flair.

This event trains your team through some entertaining and engaging competitions to build that x factor. By mixing drinks, you begin to mix your team, have fun, and play a bit outside your box. This soft competition meets social mixer gets your team members bonding as they learn new skills together. From layering drinks to juggling bottles, and pouring three drinks at a time to opening a beer without using their hands. This event is fun with a capital F.

As your team members pour their way with flair through the events they will receive points to match their new skills. With a end game of “graduation” from our flair bartender school and of course our “master mixer” award. This event is fast paced, learner centric, and definitely uncorked.

You and your team will soon realize some new skills and relationships as they blow the top off of a great team mixer with flair.
