He has extensive experience developing and delivering all training-related support for new leader training, systems administration in that environment as well as various performance management tools.

Richard has worked with Discover Financial, Morgan Stanley and has been recognized with national awards in training innovation.

Richard has been recognized by the American Society of Training and Development as a Certified Professional in Learning and Performance. He holds a BComm (Finance) and has completed studies in Business Information Systems.
