She has worked with Hershey Corp, Veolia Environmental Services, Walgreens, Chrysler and the Fred Pryor Group. Clients consistently describe her as knowledgeable, highly energetic and engaging. Her specialty is the ability to combine learning experiences into real time situations.
She has designed and delivered a variety of active learning scenarios for managers and staff that focus on self-discovery and experiential learning. Her areas of specialty include leadership development, performance/change management, team building as well as corporate-related programs such as HR policy, process improvement, and competency development.
Julie has a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Loyola University of Chicago majoring in Organizational Communication. She also completed Trainer Apprentice Practicum with the National Training Labs
