Working within the niche of communications, Allyson comes to Team Bonding with over 15 years of coaching, facilitation, training and leading experience. Having an adventurous spirit Allyson has led groups of eight to 500 participants around the globe by foot, bike and boat.

By staying genuine both personally and professionally, Allyson successfully cultivates relationships based on trust and honesty. Whether she is taking people hiking to the mountains or teaching leadership programs, she shares her knowledge, expertise and humor with everyone.

Allyson’s coaching skills have also led her to teach public speaking classes and work with professionals to overcome their inner fears.

Allyson graduated from the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching in 2010 and has been working as a professional empowerment and transitional coach.  Her passion for coaching has allowed her to offer dynamic teambuilding events nationwide.
