5. How much lead time does teambonding need? How much time do you have? Sometimes a client will contact us six months in advance, apologizing for waiting till the last minute. The next call we get may be for an important event taking place next week. We recently delivered a program for Phillip Morris at the Smithsonian Institute in Washington, DC on a Tuesday. The event had been booked on the prior Saturday. We flew down on Sunday to do research and pre-production, and the was event a big hit. 7. Does travel cost extra? Who handles travel plans? We are set up to travel – from our perspective, it’s simply part of the game. Many of our programs involve hand-selected local facilitators. Otherwise, we travel lightly, sending in a lead facilitator and hiring from a network of talented locals to assist whenever possible. We work to keep costs down as a way to insure that travel costs don’t become an issue when hiring teambonding. And yes, we’re happy to handle all our own travel arrangements.
