Operations Manager

Purpose of the Job: Conduct day-to-day administration and operational tasks under the direction of the COO. This responsibility will include (but is not limited to) administrative tasks, recruitment,
strategy planning, keeping contact notes, developing new contacts, action list preparation and attending meetings both in and out of the office.

Duties & responsibilities: 

Operational management: 

To be responsible for the day-to-day running of the company 
and administrative issues. To help in projects co-ordination, 
logistics, headhunting, procurement of resource and 
management. 

Business development: 

To assist in marketing, presentation, conference organization and implementation. Lead, motivate and manage staff and 
support all aspects of business projects. 

Project management: 

Take responsibility for client satisfaction for all work conducted by company and/or its subcontractors and to assist in 
deal making and signing contracts with suppliers, vendors and strategic partners. Work with teams and subcontractors to ensure everyone understands the project ‘end-goal’, to ensure delivery to the client exceeds expectations and meets margins.

The ideal Candidate should have: 

Previous experience of account or project handling for a small company
Experience working for an entrepreneur/family business 
A demonstrable track record of project and team management. 
Excellent organizational, communication and time management skills 

Nice to have: 

B to B services knowledge
Ability to present/develop: 
- Budgets and Plans 
- Business Models

A degree from a recognized university:

• Prepared to work the necessary hours to deliver

Event Planning Fall Internship | Part-Time

We believe in internships and share our experience with students from all over the world.  Our founder interned all throughout college and understands the needs of today’s college students to gain valuable experience before coming into the job market.  We have created valuable learning experiences that are fun, interactive and hands-on.  This summer one of our interns from Curry College will be stepping in as a paid Jr. Event Manager to help out during a maternity leave.

You are a current student who has a knack for Event Planning, Team Building and the Arts.

You are  energetic, enthusiastic, organized and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.

You are available to start working in the fall. Having access to a car would be preferable.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Directly working and collaborating with the Director of Corporate Events
  • Help to plan, organize and execute events from behind the scenes
  • Assist on-site with local events
  • Support event promotion
  • Attend meetings to cultivate new materials & ideas

Essential requirements for the position:

  • Current College Student interested in Event Planning, Team Building and the Arts
  • Exceptional written and verbal communications
  • Excellent organizational, planning and project management skills.
  • Must have a flexible and adaptive attitude

You are a current student who has a knack for Marketing, Social Media, Team Building and the Arts.

You are  energetic, enthusiastic, organized and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.

You are available to start working in the spring/summer. Having access to a car would be preferable.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Directly working and collaborating with the CEO and the Marketing Manager
  • Managing and organizing content for all social media networks
  • Developing social media campaigns
  • Planning, creating, and editing daily blog posts for multiple company websites
  • Event Promotion
  • Competitive Research
  • Attending bi-weekly brainstorming meetings to cultivate new materials & ideas
  • Presenting accomplishments and goals to TeamBonding staff at monthly team meetings

Essential requirements for the position:

  • Current College Student interested in Marketing, Social Media, Team Building and the Arts
  • Knowledge of social media sights such as Twitter, Facebook, etc. and how they work
  • Exceptional written and verbal communications
  • Excellent organizational, planning and project management skills.
